5-Star Google Review

“Finally decided that this was the year for a new roof, windows and siding. After hours of research and a lot of shady contractors,
I came across Patrick Miller Construction. They answered the phone and were easy to speak with. The team came over, and looked
everything over and provided the quote. Easiest home project to date; barely had to lift a finger on my part. I can’t recommend them enough. :)”

How Roof Repairs Protect Minnesota Homes

Minnesota’s cold winters, heavy snow, and strong winds can stress roofing materials. Ice dams, freeze-thaw cycles, and temperature
swings accelerate wear. Roof repairs help prevent damage from spreading, ensuring long-term reliability.

  • Fixes minor leaks before they cause major problems
  • Prevents ice dam buildup during winter months
  • Improves attic ventilation and indoor air quality
  • Protects against hail and wind damage common in spring storms

Design and Curb Appeal Upgrades

Roof repairs don’t just add protection—they also elevate your home’s appearance. Matching shingle colors, installing metal
accent panels, or upgrading flashing can refresh the look of your entire home. Combined with siding or window updates,
repairs enhance symmetry, value, and overall curb appeal.

Cost Ranges, ROI, and Financing Options

Roof repairs in Minnesota typically cost between $400 and $1,500 depending on roof type and damage severity. Repairs that
address leaks or improve ventilation often provide a return on investment (ROI) of 60–75%. Many homeowners find that proactive
maintenance delays full replacements and protects interior finishes.

  • Lasts 40–70 years—three times longer than asphalt.

  • Available in modern, traditional, and custom styles.
  • Eco-friendly and recyclable at the end of its life cycle.

5-Star Google Review

“TPMC did the following: 1) their employees rebuilt the chimney above the roof line to correct a leakage into the kitchen. Eighteen months later a new leak developed. Patrick M. himself climbed up on the roof with me to find a leak. He had his guys caulk some new leaks and it has not returned. He was very concerned that his employees solve the problem for which he had been paid. 2) PMC subcontracted the installation of eight exterior windows and a sliding glass door. All were done on time and courteously. They were Mervin windows and an Andersen door. They painted the exterior trim so that the job was complete. 3) An employee installed 13 interior doors. The supervisor went to the store to pick up additional doors. After a bad cut, the craftsman took responsibility and PMC replaced the door, absorbing the cost. The job was on time and done well. The doors operate smoothly and close fully and quietly. 5) PMC hired subcontractors to complete decades-old drywall of the garage and install new ceiling drywall. He was understanding and helpful throughout.”
