8-11-17 brought extensive storm damage in the Blaine area. I was referred to Ben thru a friend, and that was hands down the best decision I made. My husband was away for the military and I was hoping to get the repairs done ASAP. Needless to say, I couldn’t be happier with the service we were provided with. Our repairs we completed ahead of almost the entire neighborhood, we spoke with Ben nearly daily throughout the repairs. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience in such a stressful time.
Patrick did all the windows and siding on my house. Him and his crew are very professional and have integrity. I saved up some more money and had them build me a deck. We had some issues with the materials a few years later and he warrantied the materials and the labor to resolve the issues I had. In all honesty he might not be the cheapest bid you will get. But he backs his work up and does an excellent job. Because If you go with the cheapest it will cost you later.
All four contractors gave me good service on my roof replacement, it’s been a struggle for me to sort out an choose which of you to hire to do the job. You all presented your bid in a way that I could easily understand. Thank you for your presentations, advice, and for measuring my roof. I also contacted one of my neighbors and his bid was by far the least amount of $$$s. He has been a roofer for years, He is on his own and doesn’t have a contractor behind him.
Patrick was wonderful. He was on time and he solved our problem in short order. His price was also very reasonable. We are very pleased and would use him again and again. Don’t hesitate, hire him!
